We would like to inform you about an important change concerning the log-in procedure on our BIM platform (bim.daikin.eu) from 29/03/2019 onwards

When you go to bim.daikin.eu, the following screen will appear:


 
The same log-in procedure as the one used for the Daikin Business Portal is now being used. 
This means that you will be able to log in to both our BIM Platform (bim.daikin.eu) AND our Business portal (https://my.daikin.xx (*)) platforms with one and the same user ID & password.

Now one of the 4 below scenarii will occur.
Please carefully check further actions that might be required for your account:
 
1. You have BOTH a BIM Platform AND a Business Portal account 
2. You have a BIM Platform account but NOT YET a Business Portal account
3. You have a Business Portal account but NOT YET a BIM Platform account 
4. You DO NOT HAVE a Business Portal Account NOR a BIM Platform account 
 

1. You have BOTH a BIM Platform AND a Business Portal account


Click on Sign in with Daikin ID
The familiar Daikin Business Portal log-in screen appears


 
 
 
Enter your Business Portal username and password and click the “Sign in” button. (If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it through the “forgot password” link)
After logging on, you will have immediate access to your Daikin BIM Platform.
At the same time, you can also access the Business Portal (https://my.daikin.xx (*)) without the need to log-in again…
 



2. You have a BIM Platform account but NOT YET a Business Portal account


We have created for you a basic Business Portal account (Business Portal account will be created by latest 29/03/2019 12h. A notification email is sent out.)
The username is the e-mail address you used for the Daikin BIM Platform.
In case you do not remember which e-mail address you used for your Daikin BIM Platform account, please go to here
Note: This is  applicable for all users that had a BIM Platform account that existed before 25/03/2019. If it was created after this date, go to here
 
The familiar Daikin Business Portal log-in screen appears



There is no password set for the moment, you will need to click on Forgot password to create a new password
 
After logging on, you will have immediate access to Daikin BIM Platform.
At the same time, you can access the Business Portal
(https://my.daikin.xx (*)) without the need to log-in again…


 

3. You have a Business Portal account but NOT YET a BIM Platform account


Go to bim.daikin.eu and click on Sign in with Daikin ID





The familiar Daikin Business Portal log-in screen appears


 


Enter your Business Portal username and password and click the “Sign in” button. (If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it through the “forgot password” link)
After logging on, you are redirected to the Daikin BIM Platform.
 


4. You DO NOT HAVE a Business Portal Account NOR a BIM Platform account


Go to bim.daikin.eu
The following screen appears




Click on Sign up
Click on Not yet registered? to request for a Business portal account



You are guided in the process. Once finalised you can go to bim.daikin.eu
 

(*) Following Daikin Business Portals do exist:
 
https://my.daikin.eu (= default one for countries not having a dedicated portal)
