Unfortunately, some of our customers are experiencing issues signing in to our Revit Framework.


After trying to sign in using the 'Sign In' button on the Revit ribbon, you get a message that reads "No connection could be made. The network is unavailable or is restricted.


We are currently working on solving this, but until then, if you are experiencing these connectivity issues, please try to unblock port 6202 on your firewall.
